Oregon Military Assistance Helpline October 2011
When help is needed call 1-800-511-6944 twenty four hours a day, seven days a week three hundred and sixty five days a year. All calls will be given immediate assistance with Masters Level Counselors always available and trained professional veterans ready to provide comprehensive service that assesses, identifies, and links the service member or family member with the most appropriate resource, whether military, civilian, or contained within the Oregon Military Assistance Helpline network of beneficial programs.

PORTLAND, OR. – Cascade Centers, Inc. was recently awarded a contract with the Oregon National Guard to provide Oregon veterans, service members, and their families with 24/7/365 resources to address crisis intervention, personal concerns, and other issues facing military families through a new helpline called the Oregon Military Assistance Helpline (ORMAH). ORMAH offers free confidential service to all Oregon Veterans, Oregon National Guard Service Members and their family members. The program can be accessed by calling 1-800-511-6944 or by going online at www.ormah.com.
The pair of explosions that struck the 2013 Boston Marathon have left tragedy and heartbreak in their wake. What was a community event that attracted runners and onlookers from across the globe was instantly transformed into a grim and unfortunate reminder that our world is not always a safe place.
